Concrete is his passion, and he lives each day for God, his family, and to assure he does his job to meet the highest of expectations. Angel is a husband and the father of three boys. His sons have joined him in his passion and work beside him at Lehne Construction, Inc.
Billie joined Lehne Construction, Inc. in 2006 as the Office Manager. In addition to this duty, she also performs payroll, manages job folders, and keeps a daily account of equipment movement between jobs.
Brandon has managed projects for Lehne Construction, Inc. ranging from $10,000 to $7 million and has been on multiple projects throughout Texas.
Brian has over 30 years of experience managing a wide range of projects including site work, excavation, underground utilities, and ground up construction with full site development. Brian has built strong relationships with his employees, customers, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors due to his leadership, experience, and integrity.
Chase joined Lehne Construction, Inc. in January 2013. Chase is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget.
Jose joined Lehne Construction, Inc. in the Fall of 2001. Jose has learned leadership skills and honesty from the great supervisors he has worked with throughout the years.
Kyler started pouring concrete with his father, Brandon, at the young age of 6. Kyler began working in the field with Lehne Construction in July of 2015.
Lauren joined Lehne Construction, Inc. in 2017. Lauren handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Budgets, Out-of-Town Housing, Employee File Compliance, and Project Manager Support.
Pablo joined Lehne Construction, Inc. as Safety Manager in 2011. Through his many years of working in the construction industry, not only has he acquired knowledge for safety and health from everyday experiences, but he has developed a love of teaching workers the risks they can face every day and what they can do to keep themselves and coworkers safe from danger.
Randy has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry and has had the opportunity to work in many scopes from home building to large industrial construction.
In 2017, Ricky returned to Lehne Construction, Inc. to become the Underground Utilities Supervisor. Recently, he worked at the Corazon East 6th St. Project, on the famed street in Austin, TX, excavating 80,000 cubic yards.
Robert has been with Lehne Construction, Inc. since 2020. He acts as project manager and is responsible for project execution and maintaining communication with associated construction teams. Robert is also the resident drone operator and photographer for Lehne Construction, Inc.
Shawn joined Lehne Construction full-time in 1999. Shawn is responsible for Human Resources and oversees Payroll, Insurance, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
Stephen has a diverse construction background with a proven ability to estimate, oversee and manage day-to-day operations on complex construction projects in both public and private design-build projects. He uses analytical, technical, and organizational aptitude to gain respect of owners, design teams, subcontractors, and his co-workers.
AJ has been with Lehne Construction, Inc. since August of 1999. He has been in the construction industry for over 50 years and has experience in all phases of construction.
