HR Director / Administrator
Shawn joined Lehne Construction, Inc. full-time in 1999. Shawn is responsible for Human Resources and oversees Payroll, Insurance, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. Shawn has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
Shawn and her husband, Brian, have three children and three grandchildren. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys going to steer shows with her youngest son and spending time outdoors at the lake and the ranch. She is also very involved in her community, where she volunteers numerous hours supporting youth and their livestock projects.
