Stephen has over 27 years’ experience in construction and manufacturing. Earning his degree from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a bachelor’s in engineering technology, he was also a proud member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets. While attending Texas A&M, Stephen served as Head Stack Red Pot with Aggie Bonfire. It was actually his years proudly building the long-standing tradition of Bonfire that ignited his true passion for meticulously collaborating with others in the field of construction. Steve Jobs said, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.” This is excellent advice and exactly what resonates for Stephen in his life and career.
Stephen has a diverse construction background with a proven ability to estimate, oversee and manage day-to-day operations on complex construction projects in both public and private design-build projects. He uses analytical, technical, and organizational aptitude to gain respect of owners, design teams, subcontractors, and his co-workers. He is dedicated to providing exceptionally high-quality buildings and maintaining long-lasting, trusting relationships with customers. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys golfing, running, history books, and spending time with his wife and four children.
