Site concrete and minor earthwork for a new ground up chiller plant on the UT campus. Concrete scope included curb and gutter, concrete paving/approaches, site retaining walls including a 240’ radius wall around the TES tank, pervious paving, and exposed aggregate paving. We were also responsible for the gravel backfill and french drain behind the site retaining walls.
