Building foundations scope consisted of a 17,000 sf office slab on grade with spread footings, and a 28,000 sf warehouse slab on grade with cast in place trench drains and sloping concrete to drain. Site concrete included approximately 150,000 sf of concrete paving, truck wash bay foundation, mechanical yard with equipment pads, sidewalks, and light pole bases.
