Project Manager
Pablo began his career in the safety industry in 2006 working in a chemical plant in Austin as a Certified Safety Professional. Pablo joined Lehne Construction, Inc. as Safety Manager in 2011. Through his many years of working in the construction industry, not only has he acquired knowledge for safety and health from everyday experiences, but he has developed a love of teaching workers the risks they can face every day and what they can do to keep themselves and coworkers safe from danger. Pablo is bilingual (fluent in Spanish), CPR and first aid certified, proficient in Microsoft Office, and is an OSHA 10 & 30 instructor. Pablo is a talented leader in directing highly skilled teams to support achievement of overall project goals and objectives. Pablo has the ability to understand and interpret complex state and federal regulations and their impact on operations. He also has intense background in diligent pre-tasking planning and job hazard analysis, OCIP projects, safety programs, safety audits, new-hire orientations, and safety investigations.
Pablo grew up in Dale and attended school in Lockhart. He now lives in Manor with his wife, Lorena, son, Brandon, and daughters, Lesley and Scarlett. Pablo likes to relax outdoors at the lake or at his parents’ ranch enjoying the farm animals. He also enjoys fishing and hunting with his family.
